George O'Leary is on the board of directors of NeoGenomics (OTCBB: NGNM), NeoMedia (OTCCBB: NEOM), SmarTire (OTCBB: SMTR), NS8 (OTCBB: NSEO), and FutureMedia (FMDA). Mr. O'Leary is currently the President of SKS Consulting of South Florida Corp. ("SKS") and he and his team are working with these companies and others under consulting agreements providing turn-around expertise, as well as helping the implementation and execution of these companies' strategic plans.

Mr. O'Leary started SKS in 2000 with the mission to help companies focus on execution of their core business while shedding their non-core business assets. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. O'Leary was CEO and President of Communication Resources Incorporated (CRI), where annual revenues grew from $5 million to $40 million during his tenure. Prior to CRI, Mr. O'Leary was Vice President of Operations of Cablevisions Industries, where he ran $125 million of business until it was sold to Time Warner. Mr. O'Leary started his professional career as a Senior Accountant with Peat Marwick and Mitchell. Mr. O'Leary holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting with honors from Siena College.

Jay Bonk has over 35 years of professional experience - 22 years with Motorola. He was a member of Motorola's leadership team that built the automotive electronics component business from $40M to $1.1 billion in annual revenues.

He is an accomplished operations, sales, marketing, and business strategy executive with relationships in the global telecom, automotive, truck, heavy equipment, recreational vehicle, and related industries.

Adding to his list of accomplishments is his international experience in both the European and Greater China markets. He holds an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University, and a B.B.A. from Adrian College.

Frank has over 20 years of managerial experience ranging from sales and marketing, to engineering, to operations management.  Through his industry experience, he has developed extensive knowledge in attaining government contracts with military installations, construction equipment distribution and turnaround management services. He has also owned a financial services company that specialized in accounts receivable financing for public companies.

Frank holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.


 

Cheryl Shaffner has more than 20 years of increasing responsibility in the areas of financial management and general management - 15 years with Flight Systems, Inc. She is recognized expert in advanced quality system deployment including ISO9001 and QS9000. Cheryl has also played key roles in winning and developing new customers in demanding and hyper competitive markets.
